Francine Lajoie D.C. Dr. Francine Lajoie started practicing chiropractic in 1997. She opened Living Well Chiropractic in North Adams in 2000 to offer the community an alternative to the traditional allopathic medical facilities.
Dr. Lajoie practices chiropractic and nutrition response testing. She uses multiple adjusting techniques such as diversified, gonstead, thompson drops, cox distraction, activator. She often uses trigger point therapy, myofascial release and therapeutic massage as part of her treatments. She recommends appropriate exercises and lifestyle changes. Some other therapies used in our office are electro-muscle stimulation, ultrasound, intersegmental traction, heat, ice. She also recommends cervical pillows, orthotics,and many types of support or braces as needed.
Dr. Lajoie was born in Manchester N.H. She was raised in a small french speaking town in Quebec, Canada.
She attended Champlain Regional College in Lennoxville, Quebec and then McGill University in Montreal.
She next attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, from which she graduated magna cum laude in 1996 with her Doctor of Chiropractic. She also holds a Bachelor in Science.

Heather Fletcher Heather is a Holistic Health Counselor certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She currently has her practice in Pittsfield, MA and is also seeing clients at Living Well Chiropractic in North Adams, MA.
Heather came to the Berkshires to attend Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 2003. A couple years later she discovered her passion for preventative and non-traditional medicine and decided to further her education in this field. She attended The Institute of Integrated Nutrition in NYC of which she graduated in 2006.

Jennifer Hanlon, LMT
Jennifer's training includes Swedish, Shiatsu, deep tissue and sports massage techniques, as well as some myofascial release and trigger point therapy. While she describes her typical massage as "therapeutic" and enjoys creating a relaxing environment for the client, her specialty is in pain management and injury recovery. She has a high success rate in helping clients find relief.
Jennifer Hanlon was born and raised in eastern Massachusetts. She moved to North Adams in 1996 to attend Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, from which she graduated with a B.A. in English/Communications in 2000. After working for several years in advertising, she returned to school for her massage training and received her Complementary Care Certification from Berkshire Community College in 2003.
