A. Show copies may be purchased by emailing Dr. Lajoie with your request. Please include in the email: The show subject, your name, address and telephone number. There is no charge for the show but there is a $5.00 charge for the tape and a shipping charge of $3.95. No C.O.D.s US shipping only. Payments may be made by cash or check only.
